How to create a ticket?

Follow following steps before you create a ticket:

  • Follow given Steps before you create a new ticket.
  • You had read knowledge base as well as theme documentation carefully.

Visit Open New Ticket tab to create a new ticket.

We usually respond to support ticket within 24 hours on weekdays, depending on the number of requests in queue. Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday/the next business day. Note: By default system will allow you open one ticket against single purchase code. You can place your queries in the same ticket your issues will be taken over same priority.
