This article will explain how to add and use promotions in Directory box Theme. Here are simple instructions to do that
1- First, Add or manage the promotions you want to use in site.You can do it here;
Dashboard / WP DB / Settings / Promotions Settings / Turn On “Promotions (Enable / Disable)” & add the Promotions you want to use
Bydefault Three prmomotions are already added
1) Top Categories: To show the Listing at the top of other listings
2) Home Featured: To show the Listings on front page
3) Urgent: To display an urgent tag with the listings
2- Login from a directory box member account and post the listing
3- Go to My Listings section in dashboard, and click on Promote listing button with the listing you want to promote.
4-Select the promotion and complete the transaction through payment gateways. NOTE: Promotion will not work if transaction is not completed through payment gateways except in case of BANK TRANSFER. In case of BANK TRANSFER, admin will have to approve the transaction and promotion from backend.
