Supporting items is not a requirement of the Envato Market places, but if you need support in any matter related to theme, Our help desk is there. We usually respond to support ticket within 24 hours on weekdays, depending on the number of requests in queue. Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday/the next business day.
