Chimpstudio support team respond to buyers’ questions and provide limited support through Chimp Support portal. Our clients are our assets so we provide them top priority support to keep them satisfied. Although, support includes:
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
- Fixing bugs and reported issues
Item support does not include:
- Customization and installation services
- Support for third party software and plug-ins
Supporting items is not a requirement of the Envato Market places, but if you need support in any matter related to theme, Our help desk is there. We usually respond to support ticket within 24 hours on weekdays, depending on the number of requests in queue.
Note: Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday/the next business day.
