First of all you need to create Dashboard Pages using builtin php templates, If you don’t have it already. Assign Template from left Side bar and publish it.
To assign Employer and Candidate Dashboard pages navigate:
Dashboard/ Jobs / Settings / General Options / User settings
You will see Employer Dashboard and Candidates Dashboard; you need to select both accounts dashboard page there. Select Employer Dashboard account page from drop-down.
Once you are done with above, Logout from WP-Admin and login from front end as employer / candidate, you will see the respective Dashboard page. Employer Dashboard:
